I have heard of companies who did this and my friends have told me that there are advertisements on the radio but I dont know the names of these companies, can anyone please help.

Sounds like a bad idea. Renting is dead money, at least if you're friend is paying a mortgage the house will eventually be hers.

I don't know of any personally, but I've heard this is a fairly common practise. I would suggest she tries an estate agent.
