I think it is a pretty self explanatory title.

The main focus of the book will be around Godric's Hallows.

This is where Harry's parents died, and probable where he will kill Voldermort.

All the other titles were about the main driver of the plot for each book:

The stone, the chamber, Sirius, The Order, Snape, now the Hallows.

Harry will probable find out his mother or father was a decendant of Godric.

Some readers speculate that Godric's Hollow may have been the home of James Potter's family, and/or the home of long-dead Hogwarts founder Godric Gryffindor. There is also speculation that one of Lord Voldemort's Horcruxes could be at Godric's Hollow. At the end of Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, Harry Potter says he will visit the village and his parents' graves.[4]

I have read in a magazine recently that J.K Rowling has named the seventh and the last book of the Harry Potter series , 'Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows' knowingly. She wanted to create a scary effect. And by giving this name she wants us to expect the death of an IMPORTANT character. I wonder who it would be...Harry? No way. Let's see when the book comes out.

It seems like it's going to relate to the horcruxes as hallow in the noun form relates to something being sacred like hallowed grounds

I'm afraid that no one but JK Rowling will be able to answer your question satisfactorily. With the possible exception of The Chamber of Secrets, none of the HP book titles give us much of an idea of what the book is about.
