You may feel a lot of itching in your stomach area. As the baby grows, your skin stretches and it itches a lot. Keep the area well moisturized. Sit back and enjoy the ride, there are lots of changes and surprised to come. Good luck with your pregnancy!!

well, that sort of depends on where your itching. my stomach itched through my entire pregnancy and I don't remember what my Dr. called it but its hormonal and wont go away until you deliver. In later pregnancy sometimes the stretching will make you itch. A good way to relieve it is ice packs or even just a cool wet cloth. Thats what i used at night so i could fall asleep.

you're gonna be itching all over soon.. Just make sure you put lotion on after you get out of the shower. That will help keep the itching down.

No. The size of the baby at this point is extremely small. The increased progesterone should not cause itching. It is probably from another cause. Have you changed detergents? any new clothes?

the itching is because your skin is stretching, it is normal! use some lotion on it, that helped so much with me. i even used some ''stretch mark cream'' to help with stretch marks. keeping your skin mosturized will reduce them too, and reduce the itching :)
