Just so you know, Mutual funds aren´t for everyone. Personally, I wouldn´t invest in them unless I had to. For more detail on that, just do a search for where I´ve addressed this question in other answers.

Chasing the mutual fund with the best gain for the last month, quarter, or year is a sucker's game.

Market segments move in and out of favor. You'll buy right as the segment the fund invests in goes out of favor.

Chose a fund with a good long-term return - i.e. 10 year.

Gives the best return or the highest profit? Some yield high profits but take alot of commission. Some yield low returns but take low commission. You have to weigh everything in. And depends on how much money you plan to invest too...

Anything in most foreign markets has been doing great lately... go to moneycentral/msn in the "funds"..and see the returns on some of these: FEMKX..NALFX..OBCHX..PPRAX.
FLATX..PRLAX
Don't put all you have into them...and watch sort of close.
