There are not a lot of games but the 360 had less games at launch than the ps3. Games are harder to make for the ps3 so games may take longer to come out at first, but it will get better. I like it, but I have a psp and I use that thing to death. It is similar as far as the options, menus and what it can do. The one thing I like is that you can upgrade the hard drive on the ps3 and you can put windows or lenux on the ps3 and use it as a computer. Overall in the end I think it depends on what you want your console to do or have or what kind of games you like between the 360 and the ps3. They fixed the problem where it doesn't play some ps2 and 1 games with a firmware update so that is not a problem. I have been playing black and san andreas on it lately since the ps3 games are scarce.

I bought mine on the first day, slept in front of best buy for 10 hours. It was the worst decision I have ever made, I've played every game out for it so far and the ONLY game woth playing is Resistence: Fall of Man, that's it!
It doesn't even play all my PS2 games- Tekken 5 always freezes on me and Grand Turismo doesn't even work!
The Blu-Ray player reads the movies way too slow too and the movie are soo expensive($28 for Total Recall, you must be crazy)
Even the Future of the PS3 looks dim, publishers say that they will never be able to use the PS3 capabilities to the max, because it's so difficult. Devil May Cry, Metal Gear looks good. But ask yourself this, Do you want to have fun now and enjoy games or play the waiting game with sony and HOPE the games are good.
My 360 and Wii are 10 times better.

Its very cool. Racing games such as Ridge Racer 7 are awesome with the new controller and other good games are Genji and Resistance, Gndam Wing is also pretty good. The graphics are great and i chose the Ps3 coz im more of a Sony fan.

i got one its sweet. the graphics are amazeing better then 360. dont listen to the people that go wheres the games will yea there kind of right but how many games did the 360 have when it came out, the proessing of this baby is unmatched so the games will be mind blowing and some are now like fall of man ***** and motor storm coming out soon i give it ***** demo trust me its all about the future when the wii and 360 fall and the ps3 will RISE!!!!

Its great I love it....I realize their aren't very many games yet but of course that will change.... on line game playing is great no lag and no problems and don't believe some of the people who try and tell you that it has lots of problems like freezing or overheating I've had mine for about two months now and i haven't had one problem however threes nothing wrong with the xbox 360 either and the blue ray player is amazing on my HDtv.....if your thinking of buying one i would recommend it but give it alittle time to come out with some new games
