I live in Texas. My lisc.was suspended due to a civil suit untill restitution is made. But, my cdl is gone for life in Tx. It breaks my heart because I love driving, and could make enough money to pay the debts if I could drive commercial. Someone had told me to get an out of state cdl. But, I'm not trying to do anything illegal. can someone enlighten me???

NO. US Federal law says that you may only have one CDL. If your license was suspended in Texas, then you're not eligible to receive a license from any other state.

no it is illegal and if you get caught, you might not be able to get a license in that state ever.
