Well, my 1st choice is deffinatley hitler. Then you have peopole like Sudam Hussain and Osama Bin Laden. but then again you have people like George Bush who for some reason some people think it's ok for him and the troops to go into countries killing innocent people (including children) and that makes him less evil coz he says he's doing it for the people. LIAR!!! He's a muderer too!!
