Absolutely this is possible.

Given the convex nature of the crystal, it's more likely to crack from within, where the internal pressure is greater than the external pressure.

But, yes, there is a point at which even the convex lens will crack from pressure.

i highly drought that atmospheric pressure would crack the quartz that is in a watch. most of these types of things are created under millions of pounds of pressure anyways. another reason it is doubtful is the fact that the crystal in your watch is very small.

yes ofcourse pressure cracks everything what underneath it.
