Yes, she can marry pretty much any blood type she wants to. Now, if you are wanting to know if she can give that man blood? No, she can't. He can only take aapositive blood from another donor. Marriage has nothing to do with it. Thank you and good luck.

Blood type has nothing to do with whether or not you can marry. Some states still have blood tests, though many have done away with them-the blood tests were to look for things like syphilis, which can be transmitted sexually and may not have any symptoms, but can cause serious health problems.
Blood type compatibility becomes a concern when two people have a child together-if the mother is a positive blood type and the baby a negative blood type, the mother can develop antibodies to the RH factor in blood, and that can cause problems in subsequent pregnancies.

Did you even look at the category you put that question in?? Or did you to tactically, to see if you could get a rise from the GBLT community here at Answers?
Where did you get the idea you needed blood tests... old B&W movies/TV? Please read the following:
Rh disease
Main article: Rh disease
When the condition is caused by the RhD antigen-antibody incompatibility, it is called RhD Hemolytic disease of the newborn (often called Rhesus disease or Rh disease for brevity). Here, sensitization to Rh D antigens (usually by feto-maternal transfusion during pregnancy) may lead to the production maternal IgG anti-RhD antibodies which can pass through the placenta. This is of particular importance to RhD negative females of or below childbearing age, because any subsequent pregnancy may be affected by the Rhesus D hemolytic disease of the newborn if the baby is Rh D positive. The vast majority of Rh disease is preventable in modern antenatal care by injections of IgG anti-D antibodies (Rho(D) Immune Globulin). The incidence of Rhesus disease is mathematically related to the frequency of RhD negative individuals in a population, so Rhesus disease is rare in East Asians and Africans, but more common in Caucasians.
Now, if this was a real problem, men and women who have sex OUTSIDE of marriage would need a blood test too, don't ya think?

I work in a bloodbank, I am a medical laboratory tech. take it from me, its fine. It won't affect anything. Your kids will be completely fine too. There will be no problems (with the blood types that is) I can't speak on anything else. Good luck.
EDIT: It is when the mother is rh negative and the baby rh positive that it can cause problems in later pregnancies. But there is a shot that women get for that too, so don't worry about it.

yes, in most states...these "blood tests" are mostly to see if there would be any inherent problems caused by non-matching blood types in pregnancy.
Most states have done away with these manditory blood tests.
Check with your state and it's laws regarding pre-marital blood tests and what the standards are.

it doesn't matter what blood type you are and the blood type your spouse is. Do you think this will effect your children's development? Blood types don't effect your children, it's family genetics (DNA) that might effect your children. Like inheriting heart problems, cancers, learning disabilities, etc.
