Does anyone know the film were a little boy haunts another little boys room because he got killed there. And in the end another ghost says they want their son back, so in the basement there is a small tornado and the little boy is being pulled towards it. This all happened when a new family moved into a new house. Can anyone tell which film it is by the description!?!? By the way, the film is based on a true story.

the only one i know of thats similar sounding and based on a true story is The Amityville Horror, although it doesnt quite fit your description, ie boys rooms etc
