Any jewelry store should be able to help you with this. Also, if you check out some online stores, they may have those sizing strips that you can print out and use. It's just a piece of paper that you cut out and wrap around your finger to get your size.

Go to a jewelry shop. They have ring sizers. They can try on all the different sizes and find out what size you really are. It's quite simple.
