Because this company charge PMI

Call your mortgage company. Have your account number ready so they can review your account. Just because you're not paying PMI does not mean that you don't have/or should have money going towards escow. Sometimes property tax, home owner's insurance, and other fees are paid through an escrow.

This is something they should have worked out when the PMI stopped.

I'd like to know a little more about your problem. I don't understand what you are saying. I know what PMI is. What state is the loan in and How long have you had your mortgage.
