Why does everybody hate Falloutboy and Panic! At The Disco so much.? I asked this before just click?

Question

okay well i just wanted to claify things. I've been listening to Falloutboy and Panic awhile before they were mainstream. my best friend told me about them. in other words i liked them before they were on the radio. and they're not emo at all. and they're pop but not all of their songs have pop music. its not like i sont know what rock is i listen to lots of rock rock bands like hinder, nickleback, and staind so yeahh, i just wanted to clarify that. and anybody who is a true fan of bands like this as in they have their records and don't download their songs than ily lol. oh and their "singles" are usually tthe poppy ones. they just want to have a different audience. they're aren't many people who like pop and rock usually they like one genre. thanks.

I love Fall Out Boy and Panic!@TD. I agree that their singles are a lot more 'poppish' than the rest of their album. I don't consider them emo but I know a lot of people do. And I have all of their records and they are all awesome. :)

I think the reason everyone hates them is because they say they are Rock but they are mainly pop... then again why does anyone hate any band... it all has to do with taste in music... i used to LOVE Fall Out Boy and Panic! At The Disco... now I'm into much harder stuff like Bullet For My Valentine, Senses Fail, Saosin, underOath, etc... so basically my answer is that it mainly has to do with the kind of music you like...

I have read some litterature about panic attacks. But they allways seem to have a more scientific approach and that is nothing I need in my struggle to survive those horrible panic attacks. This is a "hand on" and very practical book. I felt it was written to me. I am sure that you are going to feel the same.

Joe Barry writes exactly how I think. The examples are perfectly described. And the method is genius. I recommend this book and thanks Joe Barry for writing it. It changes your life

i love P!ATD and i bought their CD a long time ago when they were new for only 7.99 at best buy. So i really do like to support them and Fall Out Boy is good too but i love every single P!ATD song. And people always hate on Panic! but i really don't care. I hate it when people bash other people's music choices mercilessly when they don't even give them a chance and that goes for all music.....

Because their music is for emo wimps. Anybody can sit around and whine like a baby. As for Panic I do not know since I have never heard their music. I listen to Slipknot and death metal so maybe my opinion is distorted. I don't mind people who listen to crap like Fallout Boy but as long as they dig it musically and not because it's mainstream I guess that is acceptable.

actually, they are emo. emo/pop i guess, but basically emo.
anyway... I also started to listen to them before they got big.
Now, people are just thinking they are sellout boy bands, when they're really not! That's why people are hating them, cuz they think they are sellouts!
most people only like FOB and P!ATD because they've only heard 1 or 2 songs by them. (most likely "I Write Sins..." and "Sugar, We're Going Down"). And those will be the only songs that most people will listen to by them cuz they are kinda "pop" sounding.

in short, FOB and P!ATD are great bands, not sellouts, and play really good music!!

I love them they rock! I think people say horrible things about them, but then they go and listen to their music and love it, it doesn't make much sense, but I love them!

i like panic!at the disco. i didnt like fallout boy's songs, but the lead vocalist is soooooo cute.

Both bands kick ***, but i guess if your not in that kind of music then you wouldnt like them..
