I mean extreamly slow that most of what is in the bowl doesn't go down and you have to plunge.
I tried one of those liquids that did nothing. I think some wipes were flushed and made the flow slow.

What can be done?

If you think you have a blockage, try a snake. It's a long, flexible metal rod you push down your pipes to remove the blockage. If you're uncomfortable doing this, call a professional plumber.

Snake the drain. Rent/ borrow a snake (tool used to clean pipes that has long flexible coiled steel, not a reptile!) Send it down the vent pipe (on roof) nearest the problem area.
