1) I'm having problems with my kids father with harrassment 2) worrying about my dad's health 3) missing my husband as we live apart at the moment, although I'm flying out to see him on Thursday for two weeks. I'm in the UK and he's in the US military, we cannot be together permanently as my children are only 15 and 12 and need consent of their father to move them to the US so I'm going to have to take him to court 4) I work full time 5) I went to the docs last week and my blood pressure has been up for at least two weeks and having it checked again in a fortnight. When I'm due my period I'm ratty. I know you're going to say I need me time. I did go to the gym 3-4 times a week but just can't motivate myself after having flu two weeks ago. Mum and dad are looking after my children for me while I go away so hopefully the break will do me good. I've had headache for a week now and I know it's stress. Any suggestions?

hey, well i suffer with stress headaches, and sometimes they last for days and days, i even wake up with them, you are obviously under extreme stress with everything, and yes you do need some quality "me" time.
Look at each of your stress factors, and try to rationally work through each of them, have the courage to change whats in your power to change, and the wisdom to know some things cant be changed.
Take each day as it comes, and cross bridges when you get to them.
Its very important you destress, and i think your break away will do you a world of good.
When we are parents, we seem to lose our identity and just become someones "mum" but you are still you, so just relax, unwind and go with the flow.
good luck with everything!!!
and try reflexology for the headaches, worked for me :) xx

use lavender essential oils, either in a burner or put a few drops on your pillow and/or in your bath. Also, as you have had Flu, you may be very congested which can give you a relentless headache and eye pain. For this Sudafed from the chemist is very useful, just check with your pharmacist if you are on any medications.
