Who will win American Idol and why¿¿¿???

You know what? Statistically, they are due for a male singer of a different race other than Caucasian or Afro American. But now that Paul Kim got booted, and it looks like Sanjaya may be headed that way ~ there goes my theory! FYI,, in the past I have been a big fan of American Idol (Season 2, Julia D'Amato, one of the 12 finalists, use to cut our hair back in CT), but for some reason I just don't feel "connected" to any of the contestants. In the past, by this stage I have had one or two favorites, but this season I really don't have a preference for anyone. Maybe Fox hasn't done a good enough job profiling the contestants?

I think Lakisha Jones or Sabrina Sloan will win. Lakisha blew everyone away with her performance and Simon had a big smile spread across his face when she finished her performance. He said he was willing to say to 23 other contestants, pack your bags because she was so good. Sabrina Sloan is also great, but she's got the stage presence and that's what some snobby record dealers are looking for. But I think she's also the second best.
