Just the soap. I don't even have any wash rags, only makes more laundry for me to do.

Washcloth. They always show people on television only using the soap. But I do not want to use the same bar of soap you just used to wash your unmentionables on my body. That's nasty. Soap has bacteria on it for all you who do just use the bar, at least don't share it. EEEWW

liquid soap and a natural sponge for body, and a shammi for the face. (never use a rag on the face, for it is too rough for the sentive skin the face has especially around eye area which can ultimately bring on wrinkles)

I use a loofah and a body wash of some sort that doesn't have soap in it.

Just soap, unless I'm using shower gel and I'll use one of the soft plastic spongy thingies.
