I AGREE!!! Myspace is the proverbial CRACK of the internet. It takes up time that could be spent doing other things worthwile like.... sleeping. I swear half of the people in my school are asleep in class because of, and I quote, " I waz chattin' wit my friends all night". Can you believe it?! Myspace is ruining the future of this country! We are already the fattest, dumbest, and nosiest country in the world... Do we really have to aim even higher on the dumbest list? The only things myspace is good for is getting in touch with old friends, not chatting with friends that you already spend all day with in school, hang out with after school, and see almost as much as your own family! God the internet is good, but like anything it has its flaws, you parents out there should make your kids stop using their Myspace accounts and rotting their minds! Boycott Myspace!!!!

Well, that's a valid question for folks whose Myspace friends all live nearby, but for people who have friends who live too far away to hang out with, it can be a useful tool for staying in touch. I may be a little older than the average Myspace user, but of about 35 "friends" on my list, only five or six of them live in the same city as I do. I've reconnected with friends from when I lived in different parts of the country, and I use the blog function to keep them all updated on what's going on in my life. It's nice to have a central place that everyone can come to to see photos, hear about what I've been doing, etc. Some of my friends on Myspace are people I haven't been able to see in more than seven or eight years, because they live a couple thousand miles away!

Agreed. People on MySpace should go hang out with there friends instead looking at a computer screen, unless they are far away. DOWN WITH MYSPACE.

I have MySpace Film, And so I show My videos 2 the Public movies I make, most of the time is a good thing so u get ppl to know u, the world 2 know u , and if u lucky u can get Awards hehe, I do like myspace only cuz of wut i do, but many other just to make friends!
