On StubHub, what is the best way to sell tickets?

I have a couple of marquee concert tickets that I want to sell on stubhub, and I know that there are three ways that I can list them (Decreasing price, fixed price, or auction), which way is the best for selling them and also selling for the most amount of money?

Start with fixed price, and ask what you would like to get for them.

If that doesn't work, pull them and put them on auction.

People have a tough time figuring out decreasing price, so it scares them away.
