Can he? Unfortunately, yes. Although I am sure he has good and skilled people surrounding him to ensure that does not happen.
But more importantly, I think I'm with the majority here in saying that such action would be brash and uncalled for, regardless of one's political affiliations. I may not have voted for him, but I will join with everyone in condemning anyone who would do something like that!

I regret to inform you that the United States Constitution is not something that this country takes seriously anymore. You should be warned that your freedom of speech is not truly protected, and, therefore, anything you say can and will be held against you anywhere at any time. The websites you visit, the things you say, and the words you type are all currently being monitored. Because you just exercised what you thought was your freedom to voice your opinion, you are likely going to be interrogated. I'm sorry that our country has come to this. It is only right that you make peace with the lie that your freedom of speech is intact.
