Gravitation seems to be a big favorite among yaoi fans. It's about a kid named Shuichi who wants his band, Bad Luck, to become famous, but then he falls in love with a famous romance novelist (who is handsome but is kind of a jerk) named Eiri Yuki.
I've read the manga and I like it a lot even though I wouldn't consider myself a big yaoi fan. It's really funny and cute.

the website helps find any time of manga you want. they have user ratings on them also. I use this to help find new manga and anime to read/watch.
i did a search for yaoi/Shounen Ai and these are the results

its for manga, but use it to find the anime counterpart. usually if the series is good they make an anime for it, or vice versa.
