I have 'infrared' on both my fone & laptop but can't transfer the pics. I don't always have my digi-camera with me and the fone is more convenient. Do I need a lead and if so how much are they?

Aslong as your phone is quite new it should have bluetooth, so get a bluetooth adapted for £8.99 from argos and you can transfer photos, music, videos and everthing.

Leads can cost up tp £50 - depending on the phone you have. You should be able to use infrared (make sure both devices are activated).
Bluetooth is also an option.

I have been wondering this - yesterday discovered was able to email the photo from the phone to the laptop - try it !
