No, you can only get your period when you ovulate which is approximately 2 weeks before your next period.

Umm nasty it what it is and also you cant get pregnant until around 14 days after the first day of your period so yeah keep it in your pants it will be over before you know and then you can try to get pregnant because periods are the lining deteriating and coming out since you didnt get pregnant last month and the lining is what makes a home for the baby

and to the girl with the 5 days before and after period your wrong at that point in time the egg is already 'broken' 5 days before and the 5 days after maybe but not before it wont get fertilized then since ovulation occurs around 14 days after the first day of your period and is 2 weeks before the next period

It's kinda just nasty. It's unlikely that you will become pregnant but it is a possibilty. Just wait for ovulation. Ovulation takes place around 14 days after the first day of your period. Wait until then. You're more likely to concieve then.

women have gotten pregnant while on their periods. It's not impossible. You just gotta find out when you ovulate. Buy OPK and take them for a month (or until you finally find when you are ovulating) and then that'll show you when you ovulate each month. Not everyone ovulates every 14 days, that is an AVERAGE. I dont ovulate every 14 days. Also I just bought preseed, and I've been told by many women that it works. Google it and try it. Good luck

unless you have a very, very short cycle you cannot get pregnant while on your period - to find your most fertile time - determine when your next period is due than count back 10-16 days - you will most likely be ovulating within that time frame - if you were (or will be) on your period within that time frame than yes, you could get pregnant - but for the most part the answer is No

Neither. You can get pregnant that way, but it's more likely to get pregnant 14 days after the first day of your period. Of course, most women aren't like clocks, so 14 days is just an estimate.

eh, kinda nasty. Try having sex 5 days before and after your period. That's when you're most likely to get pregnant... Good luck!

It's advised that you don't have sex while on your period because it opens your body up to infection. You can potentially get pregnant at any point in your cycle but if you're trying, you're not more likely to get pregnant while on your period.

your wasting your time if you have sex while on your period. wait until 10 days after your period to start having sex and have sex every other day, not every day. and you should start taking prenatal vitamins if your really trying. go to
www.yourdays.com
www.mymonthlycycle.com to help you track when your probably the most fertile. Good Luck.
