I was about to undergo a major operation and was 3 weeks pregnant. (I didn't even know). The doctors (this was in another country) insisted it would be best for my health if I did a medical termination of pregnancy. They administered
Mifepristone and Misoprostol. This was 7 weeks ago. I don't want my boyfriend to find out. He will go with me for a full medical check up this week though. Can the drugs still show up in my system and would a gynecologist be able to tell?

At this point no these drugs will not show up. But the gyn might be able to know if you were pregnant if your uterus hasn't fully returned to normal. As far as your boyfriend, I being a guy would want to know what was going on if in fact he knows everything else and you do love him. The fact that the pregnancy was terminated he can do nothing about that now but you should tell him and let him know why you terminated it, if it is a good reason he will understand.

They don't test for these drugs when they are doing a medical check up, they don't test for any drugs in a routine check up unless you ask. They are going to check your cholesterol and organ functions. You should be fine.

I can't even answer this, I can't even believe it. Have you ever heard of getting a second opinion? you just ended a baby's life before it even began... that's terrible- there is always a way...
