Are they separated by sex? Are the showers separated, like individual? or is it one big shower area like you see in movies?

Community bathrooms are separated by sex, usuallly there is a space with toilet stalls, sinks, mirrors, and a limited amount of electrical plugs, and then, separated by a wall, will be hte shower stalls.

Very rarely do you find showers without stalls. However, you can get crap like a flimsy curtain that doesn't entirely cover you, or is falling down.

I would recommend avoiding community showers at all costs. People are mean, there's theft, you have to worry if your'e showering late at night, and of course, usually no safe place to put your stuff (unless you have a waterproof bag), so you have to do the towel walk down the hallways, which can be terrible.
