get Video Editing Sotfware or use windows Movie maker, if u wanna do sume Professional work , Adobe Premire Pro 2.0 is the best!

You can do that with some video editing tools.
The free and easily available one is windows movie maker which comes with the windows os.
You can also have some advanced editing tools like Adobe Premiere to do professional editing.

Windows Media Player Movie Maker plug-in, if your at the office ask your computer support for commercial movie editors.
