Hmm, I think that I am spending way too much time on Yahoo.answers and if I can move up a level maybe my addiction would wane. Also I think that I try to give honest answers with a funny twist, but am here with a sincere and teachable spirit. Good question by the way!

You should give the 10 points to whom you feel like. I give advice when I think it will help someone or when I know the answer. Plus this gets my mind working and makes me think.
