I see it as a Rock Paper Scissors. T 1000 beats Master Chief, Master Chief beats Predator, Predator beats T 1000.
Master Chief's bullets wouldn't hurt T, but Predator's explosion could. Master Chief could get away from Predator before that happens, and with all the aliens Master Chief has dealt with, they've got to have been harder combined than the Predator.

I'd love to say Predator, but he rarely wins. He can't beat Arnold, Danny Glover and Batman has beat them down several times. Plus AVP is a toss up every time.

Master Chief. He's smarter than all of them and he would find a way, even if it were an indirect one, to deal with them. And if he had Cortana it would make it that much easier.

Master Cheif hands down remember Preditor can go invisibel but so can master cheif for like a minute when he gets that clock device. Hell kick arnolds *** too.
