It say's there may have been a hardware or software change. Cannot open windows. Any ideas? It will not allow me to go back to settings or open on safe mode. Would it work if I reloaded windows onto the laptop?

Usually when you get the "change" message like that, it means that something is not being detected as far as the hardware on the laptop. Try resetting the memory chip, hard drive, cd drive, and any other easily removable and re-insertable ideas. That might resolve the issue.

How did you ask this question if your computer is not working? You're just retarded.
