The thing always happens that you really believe in; and the belief in a thing makes it happen.
The aim of education is the knowledge not of fact, but of values.
Nothing in life is to be feared. It is only to be understood.
Believe nothing just because a so-called wise person said it.
Believe nothing just because a belief is generally held.
Believe nothing just because it is said in ancient books.
Believe nothing just because it is said to be of divine origin.
Believe nothing just because someone else believes it.
Believe only what you yourself test and judge to be true
Love & Blessings

Am with Celtic. Once you learn more and more about it, the more convinced you get and the more convincing you become to others. Even those who do not believe/nor are interested. \
Give them a hint..that nobody else would know..like some kind of speech impediment which can be found in the chart : and there you have the most sceptical person starting to get interested..
As to psychics..about 98% are fake/not reliable/not very good but again once you find a great one.....Gee..it is an experience ! By the way the sign of a good psychic is they tell you to NOT say a word - they do want to be believed and not con anybody - and never ask for any info and also do not charge the earth. Those are rare indeed..but they do exist.

There is no need to blindly "believe" when it is possible to know. Ask for evidence and independent testing rather than taking one's word. These are subjects that can and have been tested. And they have failed.
The James Randi Educational Foundation (JREF) offer a one-million-dollar prize to anyone who can show, under proper observing conditions, evidence of any paranormal, supernatural, or occult power or event.
The JREF does not involve itself in the testing procedure, other than helping to design the protocol and approving the conditions under which a test will take place. All tests are designed with the participation and approval of the applicant. In most cases, the applicant will be asked to perform a relatively simple preliminary test of the claim, which if successful, will be followed by the formal test. Preliminary tests are usually conducted by associates of the JREF at the site where the applicant lives. Upon success in the preliminary testing process, the "applicant" becomes a "claimant."
To date, no one has ever passed the preliminary tests.
If someone (maybe one of the "real 15%") could simply prove what they claim it would be one greatest events in world history. Also get a million for yourself or give it to a charity if you want. Remember, the one that makes the claim must provide the evidence. It is not up to others to disprove.
Question everything.

I know where you're coming from - I've been there myself before. I never believed in psychics and as for horoscopes, I was convinced that it was impossible for there to be only twelve types of people; everyone was different in a way, no?
Well, to be honest, I delved deeper into the subject of astrology and strangely enough I found out there's more to just the twelve types of character that are represented by the twelve signs of the zodiac. The more I found out, the hungrier I became for more information... now, about 8 years later, I'm convinced that astrology holds more truth than people would like you to believe. It would take me ages to explain everything about astrology, and I'm not sure Yahoo will give me that much space, so I strongly suggest you go on a little discovery adventure yourself... It's worth the effort, that is, if you are willing to put the effort in it.
As for psychics, I strongly believe I have gifts that would brand me as a 'psychic' but in general, I don't believe in the psychics that tell our fortune for a bit of money - even though, hypocrite as I am, I used to do that myself.
It's nice to know things in advance, but sometimes it's a right b**** to know things in advance. I just use whatever 'gifts' I have for personal gain rather than financial gain. I don't like to delve into people's pasts presents or futures - it's just too frightening.

I never wanted to believe 100%, I like to dwell deeper I like proof of everything, but I am very intuitive, and also have strong empathy, And I have not been able to find a category ( which I don't like category's anyway)I fit in or of the people I have met that have some very strong gifts..........
So I do believe, but am always hunting for more information, of how and why.
I think that everyone has a part of themselves, that if they are open enough to receive something, that they can...........like what happens when you are thinking something/getting a hunch about something, and it happens.
I think our brains and bodies are stronger then we give credit for.
So as I do believe.........I also believe there is more to it then what meets th eye.
And as for people that charge a lot of money I have a hard time believing there is a gift there, I don't think a "gift" could be used to benefit from someones pain/life or checkbook

I'm not sure about horoscopes, I've got a book that should supposedly predict my whole year, but only a couple of things have turned out true to word. As for psychics, most are frauds, trying to make a fast buck with their "predictions". Like they'll say "I see...that you have certain money matters to deal with", and, oh my, you just lost your wallet that morning! But think about it, EVERYONE has money matters to deal with. But some are the real things, myself included. I am an intuitive, and I am developing my clairvoyance, I cannot really predict what will happen to other people, but only what will happen to myself, and I REALLY have to pick apart my dreams to do that. Just so you know, most psychics you meet on the Internet or over the phone are frauds, real psychics wouldn't stoop to that level, and of all the ones you see.... only about15% are real.
Think about it

I have did psychic work, Tarot, and dream interpretations for years now. So yes, I believe in the power of it. I do not charge for my services but some people will pay regardless. Be careful of the ones you find on line. Most are fake. Word of mouth is the best way to go. Usually the best ones will not charge you. This is probably one of the only times that "you get what you pay for" doesn't fit.

Well I don't know about psychics but I do believe in horoscopes. I believe because I looked at them and I saw that they really do match with my life. For example the zodiac, I looked at the signs, and the people who I knew in real life were like their sign. I know lots of different signs and I've been around them and they are really like their sign. And I even read the horoscopes daily because they have something to do with my life. Don't know how, really, but I just think they are true.

a minimum of in Astrology and Horoscopes there would be some relation. in case you reside the place you're born human beings born interior a similar month as you have gotten similarities. while you're born contained in the direction of wintry climate I doubt you kinfolk had you outdoors in this era. in case you have been born contained in the direction of summer season it may well be incredibly distinctive. You learn lots and quickly as a newborn and each and each month would grant distinctive studies yet 365 days to a minimum of 365 days each and each month is incredibly lots a similar. a newborn born in January would in all probability journey the grass interior the summertime. a newborn born in august in all probability not. think of roughly each and all of the transformations and look into human beings born in comparable months, are there similarities?

I believe some people do have a gift for foresight but if they truly do then they realize the magnitude of the gift and don't flaunt it or try to profit it off of it. I.E. Sylvia Brown, what a mess she is! Ugh!
