I didn't get any symptoms (unless you count implantation cramps and bleeding) until after I tested positive. My first symptom was more frequent dizziness (I'm prone to dizzy spells to begin with), then sore breasts. After that it was upset stomach in the afternoons and acne. That started around 6 or 7 weeks. Unfortunately that's as far as my baby got (I miscarried).

Usually the first symptom I have is having to get up at night to go to the bathroom.

Extreme tiredness, falling asleep at 8:00 at night, and I was only 3 weeks when I found out, this lasted through the first trimester

I was exhausted all the time. Around 2 in the afternoon I would almost just pass out because I was so exhausted. Plus, I was extremly sensitive to smells, even just the normal smell of my house. It was almost 100 degrees outside and I insisted on having all the windows open.

i had wicked morning sickness with my first pregnancy. thought is was a stomach virus at first, but it didn't go away after a few days. then i realized i'd missed my period and took a test right away. now i have a beautiful 3 yr old daughter.
i'm pregnant again (due in 3 weeks) and this time i was extremely tired and got headaches.

For me with my first pregnancy my right eye jumped about 4 days before my period was due. I tested on the day it was due (but never came) and got a positive test result. It wasn't till about 3 days after I missed the period did I start to feel hungry and tired.

I vomitted and felt exhausted about 3 weeks after conception. In the 4th week I experienced cramping and breast soreness.

I was really tired and my nipps were swollen up a little, usually in the AM they would look funny. That confirmed it for me! Plus the cramping and being really tired, which I was blaming on my period starting any moment.

I had dreams of eating green beans 2 nights in a row (i dont even like green beans-but crave them now)

For me it was breast tenderness and extremely tired followed by nausea and vomiting..went away by week 12 though...Good Luck!
