Atomic weapons can be used against unarmed civilians including women and children. In view of its destructive nature there is no sense even preserving present stock. Policy of United nation is to stop the spread of Nuclear weapons and no new country will be able to have Nuclear weapon. It has to face sanctions. Your question does not make any sense under the prevailing circumstances.

No one is trustworthy enough to have this technology and the plans should have been burned and something done with the creators. Not anything super bad, but this technology should not exist. At all.
