I have a new management team at work. Could I use a change model in order to evaluate the changes or do I have to prove anything new?
Let's say, I don't think the techinques they are using will improve the performance of our organisation in the most important aspects. Or at least the way they are trying to change it. No saying what they are doing it's completly wrong but stating what I believe would be more effective.

Basics - concepts. You place yourself in the applicable situation and thoroughly study and analyse the concept. Then derive at a process to attain the solution. There may be more than one processes but try some that suit ur organisation and capacity level. Then u will find the best answer to your question. This applies to all the tasks u wish to undertake, it be climbing everest or your own dissertation. Ok? So now get to work.
