There has been no official release date set, but on a picture from Bungie it says Fall 2007. Historically this would point to November because Halo was released November 15 and Halo 2 was released November 9. Another popular xbox game, gears of war, was released on November 21. Based purely on history I would say that Halo 3 will be out on Tuesday November 13.

The beta test comes out this March, but the Final version comes out this fall, probably August or September

No date has been announced, they haven't even started beta testing it yet.
