Women are trained from an early age to be more empathetic and in touch with others feelings.
This makes them recoginze others feelings and limits and how to work with them.

Because men tend to be in charge of a lot more than women and it makes women want to hurt things. I know it makes me want to hurt things. Besides, women can be meaner than men on any day of the week, no effort needed.
