Try a new hobby. Or take an old hobby and make that a job. I know a lady, she had to retire from her big job, but found time to make what she'd wanted be her job be her job.

There are so many options. . .

And the best answer depends on your circumstances. If you were forced to retire, I suspect you may be concerned about finances.

I am in a similar position. I may have to retire sooner than I had planned on. I'm glad I had already started a second income stream that I can ramp up when the time comes.

There are endless possibilities depending on who you are and what you like doing.

Go to the uni of the third age and;

learn a language (the key to unlock new worlds)
learn history, geography, maths, science, anything that you thought was boring at school, you might feel a bit different about now

Play cards in a bridge/poker club

Play sport; fishing, football, basketball

Do some art; sculpting, painting

Write an autobiography/fantasy story

Travel the country/world/local area (there are many hidden gems out there)

Buy a games console (not only for teenagers)

VOLUNTEER- one of the most fulfilling things??????

Start at the bottom of another career and work your way up

Learn to cook/ improve your cooking

Search your house for unwanted stuff and sell it on easy and buy something worthwhile with the profits

Have (more?) children

Buy a shed and fill it with stuff that interests you, and spend an hour there every day

Go to church

Buy a dog

Read a book

Invent a world-changing device
Make a longer list than mine of potential hobbies.

Start doing what you love and make a small bussiness. That's what my dad is going to do. GOD BLESS sorry you were force to retire.
