Try a new hobby. Or take an old hobby and make that a job. I know a lady, she had to retire from her big job, but found time to make what she'd wanted be her job be her job.

There are so many options. . .
And the best answer depends on your circumstances. If you were forced to retire, I suspect you may be concerned about finances.
I am in a similar position. I may have to retire sooner than I had planned on. I'm glad I had already started a second income stream that I can ramp up when the time comes.
I wrote about my own story at http://www.retirementinvestigator.com/about.html
You might like to check out the blog of that site, as well. There's a link on the left. I keep track of news related to retirement and there is information there on a variety of aspects.
My best wishes to you as you sort out what to do next.

There are endless possibilities depending on who you are and what you like doing.
Go to the uni of the third age and;
learn a language (the key to unlock new worlds)
learn history, geography, maths, science, anything that you thought was boring at school, you might feel a bit different about now
Play cards in a bridge/poker club
Play sport; fishing, football, basketball
Do some art; sculpting, painting
Write an autobiography/fantasy story
Travel the country/world/local area (there are many hidden gems out there)
Buy a games console (not only for teenagers)
VOLUNTEER- one of the most fulfilling things??????
Start at the bottom of another career and work your way up
Learn to cook/ improve your cooking
Search your house for unwanted stuff and sell it on easy and buy something worthwhile with the profits
Have (more?) children
Buy a shed and fill it with stuff that interests you, and spend an hour there every day
Go to church
Buy a dog
Read a book
Invent a world-changing device
Make a longer list than mine of potential hobbies.
