Well, I'm going through some starting of bulimia problems and I wouldn't want my husband to know.

if I had bulimia and my husband found out...I know the first thing he would do is get my the help that I needed and I know he would be there right by my side.

As bulimia is a disease that can be fatal yes I think anyone would want to know

Yes.....hiding anything is wrong....esp. when it is the health of the other person involved...if it is you fess up and get some help, if you are the husband and you suspect...ask....it is an illness, not knowing is not an option.

I'm not a husband, but I know that if my significant other was dealing with an eating disorder, I would want to know.

i'm not a husband but i think you should tell your husband ... i had an eating disorder about a year or two ago and i didn't tell anyone everyone suspected i had one and asked me about it but i never would tell them the truth about it , i wish i had because it would of been a hole lot easier to get over it ... if you tell your husband he can help you with it

Yes, I would not want them to throw up on me. Bulimia is also a sure cure for obesity.

YES! The only way you can help anybody, is when you KNOW! If you have a problem, talk to your husband about it. He can, and WILL help!!Good Luck!!

Yes I would want to know, I the questions is why is she bulimic. I would be surprised if he didn't know or at least suspect something.
