I had monitors installed in my headrests last year and unfortunately they were stolen (headrests n all) I have been having a heck of a time trying to find headrests with or without monitors that will fit. Again it is a 2000 Honda Accord LX (4door V6 automatic) I do not know the exact measurements so if you could help with that as well????

I would suggest a salvage yard (junk yard). I know that headrests from any Accord 1999-2002 will fit. Once you find them an auto trip shop should have enough scrap material to recover them, unless your lucky enough to find the same color. Other models may fit, like Civic, CRV, Odyssey etc but I can't say for sure.

I WOULD GO A DIFFERENT WAY TRY TAKING THEM TO AN UPHOLSTERY SHOP AND HAVE THEM RECOVERED IT MAY BE CHEAPER AND THEY CAN MATCH WHAT COLOR YOU HAVE NOW AND IT WILL SAVE YOU TIME LOOKING.
