But we should try our level best :
1. Installing some good software and blockers available in the internet .
2. Try to block the Pop up .
3. Don't allow the children to do browsing in isolation.

I want to encourage a combination of both a hardware/software solution and proper monitoring/parenting. I say this because your hardware/software solution of choice is simply that... YOURS! It is only viable while your kids are on your machine.
