Since 02/22/07 when I try to start my car all it does is click all the lights and bells and whistles work so its not the battery what can it be?

the starter could be out if it doesn't sound like it's even trying to start.

It sounds as if it is the starter solenoid or the the starter itself.
The solenoid is actually built onto the starter. Probably best to get it rebuilt or have a rebuilt put in. Don't do it at the dealer, though. Find alocal shop that can diagnose it and fix it cheaply.

clean the battery terminals and make sure they are tight.also it could be the starter solenoid.
