Liberals cant wait to have socialism here in the US
What I don’t understand is how so many “learned” people can be convinced to lean toward socialism. That’s what Liberalism really is, isn’t it? Why would you want someone other than yourselves to direct your lives? Do you all really believe that Big Government knows better than you how to improve the lives of citizens? Everything that Big Government gets involved in becomes like an entity unto themselves. It takes more and more money to run ANY government enterprise, all in the guise of “Doing better for the citizens.” Hell, wasn’t that was Communism was supposed to do?
Oh, you say that you can do it better and avoid the pitfalls of what the Communist did wrong? Only one thing would prevent your Socialist Utopia from achieving the Liberal goals you so fervently strive for: That one thing is HUMAN NATURE. There will always be someone trying to attain power who DOESN’T have the welfare of the citizens in mind. Considering that the average voter is politically stupid, such a dangerous leader ALWAYS comes into power. You can work backwards and name Chairman Mao, Adolf Hitler, Beneto Mussolini, Pol Pot, Hillary Clinton….oh, strike that last one. There is always someone in the wings hungering for power and will do almost anything to get it.

socialism is an immature form of communism! In communism, the political department, which composed of several persons, is the highest political body. Its authority is above constitution, president and congress! Congress has no power besides voting for what has been decided! President or P.M can only executes its order!

The State is supposed to act as executor of the collective will of the people...they decide....

Our govt council does, and our pastor would not "get" that lots. there is quite a few accountability in our church, and 10% of all selections and tithes is going to charity (now and back assisting out people who attend our church, even on occasion).
