Wait until your Doctor suggests which range he/she thinks is most suitable then ask for the names to be written down. Then check them out online, the pro's and con's for each one before making your decision.

I suggest great care. No pill is 100% effective in preventing pregnancy and is not in anyway effective in preventing disease. If you do have sex always use a condom, but as has been previously said, the best way to prevent either is avoidance.

i used ortho cept for 6 yrs and never had any problems also used ortho tricyclen low
