there is no way to find out at that size. when he gets to be about 5 weeks old a very well trained vet can squeeze region around the vent and tell you but it's not worth it to me. I have a female named david because of this. just wait till its a juvinile and you can tell then, just go to the website below. in the mean time call him little guy or something have fun picking out male and female names.

You won't know until it's older. When I got mine, I named it Denver. I figured it was unisex enough so that it wouldn't be major trauma for me once I found out the sex. But I want to say that Denver was about 10-12 inches from head to tail before we could finally have someone tell us that he was in fact a he.

Once they get older though you will start to notice characteristics that will lead you one way or the other. Denver started to display a very dark beard which gave us our first inclination that it was probably a male.

Just enjoy your little one and be very careful what you feed it. Only teenie tiny crickets, if you're feeding crickets at all, until it's bigger or else you could paralyze it.

Good luck to you :-)

Take it to a veterinarian that specializes in exotics. He/she should be able to tell you if it's a girl or boy.
