You did not specify resistance to what?
If it is electrical then the unit is called Ohm, named after German 19-th century physicist Georg Simon Ohm.
Unit of resistance (R) ohm is defined as relationship between voltage drop (V) of 1 Volt produced across a resistor when 1 Amp current (I) flows through that resistor.
Or we can say R=V/I

its unit is "ohm". its symbol is omega _( )_
it is voltage upon current R=V / I
1 ohm is a unit of electrical resistance equal to the resistance between two points on a conductor when a potential difference of one volt between them produces a current of one ampere
the ohm word is a tribute to Georg Simon Ohm
German physicist who formulated Ohm's Law (1787-1854)

Haha, everyone is only giving HALF of the answer.
Electrical resistance is measured in Ohms.
Resistance (such as wind resistance) is measured the same as any other force: Newtons.

The unit for the resistance is ohms.
Since resistance "R" is directly proportainal to volatge and current
R=KV/I
where R - resistance
K - resistance constant
V - voltage
I - current
