I am 14.5 weeks pregnant with my first baby.

This weekend I was laying on my side quietly and I felt this weird feeling in my uterus.

It feels like soft popping and it went away after a few minutes. The next day I laid on my side and after not moving for a while I felt it again. The next day the same thing!

I have never felt anything like it before and it is barely noticeable.

Is this my baby moving?

Congrats!!! Yes, what you are feeling is your baby. It is the most wonderful feeling in the world. Cherish every little movement now. I am 34 wks pregnant and the movements now can be painful at times. I was 16 weeks along when I felt the first flutters of my son during my first pregnancy. My second pregnancy was around 14 weeks that I felt him move. This is my third and he's moving all the time. Best of luck to you.

Probably. I felt my daughter move for the first time at 15 weeks exactly. I had been lying in bed reading for a while. It felt like butterflies fluttering around. I knew it wasn't gas. I started noticing it more often in the evening before bed. When you walk during the day, the amniotic fluid cradles the baby. It's when you stop moving and become still that wakes them up and you can feel them start moving. It's truly and awesome feeling. They say with a second pregnancy you can often feel the baby move sooner. I am 12 weeks today. I am so excited for the day that I will feel this little one move. Congratulations and best wishes.

I think so!!! I was also at 14 weeks when I felt my baby move for the first time! Congratulations, it only gets more frequent and stronger from here on out. What a fun and amazing "symptom" to have, way better than anything else that goes along with pregnancy (except the final result of course)

Alot of people will say "gas" but seriously, dont you know what gas feels like? Of course you do. Sure, you could be feeling flutters, especially if your thin. I felt flutters at 16 weeks with my first two and a little sooner with my third. Go with your instinct, but for me the first flutters felt like tiny finger pokes, then a worm, then at 20 powerful kicks (earlier with my third).
Have fun and enjoy them!

Yes! This is usually the time mommies start feeling their babies move. It's kind of like butterflies or bubbles. Congrats!

It definitely sounds like fetal movement. While first time moms usually feel the movement later, some feel it sooner than others. Congratulations--you just felt your baby!!
