I've been having alot of Hot Flushes due to going through menopause. Does anyone out there know of any Natural Products to help me get through this. I don't want to have to take any hormonal products from the Doctor if I can help it. Thanks

mine went away after 2 years, I just drank lots of ice water and kept a cool cloth for the back of my neck with me while at home. dress in lightweight clothing...I did not take hrt or any supplements, no side effects from anything that way and was a whole lot cheaper in the long run.
my doc said if I didn't want hot flashes (we call them power surges now) then I had to give up coffee, spicy foods and alcohol...yeah right..might as well be dead, just did what I wanted and ate, drank what I wanted and went through a lot of ice water *L*

I have been going through menopause for 12 yrs and I have never taken any medication for it yet. I just sit down and fan myself and it will pass. It's just Life and sometimes life throws us a curve. Also say a little pray for it to pass quickly.

i am also going through this and mood swings tried hormones they made me sick so am also looking for something . i know how u feel
