Most of us are caught up in a lie perpetuated by "the man" that keeps a race war rearing it's ugly head. THERE IS NO REAL RACE WAR, IT IS A CLASS WAR!! And we are all losing while the rich man on top gets richer. I believe the media helps perpetuate these beliefs also by highlighting black-crime. It is not fair, I agree.

My hat is off to what Daryl h just said. You are right on, brother. I hate this backward way of thinking, the reverse-racism, and just outright BS lies.
Your question doesn't sound any more organized then 2 toddlers pointing a finger at eachother and saying the other did something. You show me a ghetto where there are hard-working, law-abiding citizens. Mothers might be walking their kids to the bus stop, but what are the kids doing after that? People carrying groceries? Maybe. Did they work for it? Probably not. Fathers? Where? Black people have the highest single parent and infant mortality rate of anybody on the planet. You think all these facts and statistics can be buried forever? Black people have made their own bed since white people allowed them to have one in this country, and if there was a crack dealer out there that sold crack to his own mother, what color do you think he'd be? I know, do you? Quit BS'ing yourself. Living in La La Land doen't make it go away. You can try to color a turd nice and pretty, but it's still a turd and still stinks.

I never hear of people claiming that ALL black people are criminals. But when it comes to statistics, the majority of people in prisons are black, that's just the facts.I think where some people get confused is that it is not that the majority of blacks are criminals, it is just the majority of convicted criminals are black. There's a big difference there. I'm sure there are many more blacks who are NOT criminals than there are ones that ARE criminals. I'm not racist at all, and don't look at blacks as criminals. Shame on people who do look at a black person and instantly group them as a criminal minded person, without knowing them at all. I've been to a black church, and man, they are some of the happiest, friendliest people I've ever met.

The black on Black crimes will end when Black people are no longer afraid of becoming statistics and stand up in court to testify against those who victimize them.

I think it's because of what's been taught over the years both by the media and some un-trusting people. The media hardly ever shows the positive things done, mostly negative. So as long as they continue to keep that in the forefront, it's going to always be a problem.

you answered your own question : we are usually always the victims. victims of what ? answer: violence and crime.
if you don't think negroes are prone to aggression, violence and crime try walking down the streets of compton, south central, philadelphia, wash. d.c., or new orleans ( the murder capitol of the entire world !!! ) as a white person. or go anywhere in public and watch who are the loudest, rudest and most obnoxious.
that is a simple fact and not the result of negroes educating their children.
the sad truth is that negroes make babies and don't take care of them. you mentioned statistics. ( doubtles you meant to write terrified ( sp. ). the statistics are something like 70 - 80 percent of ***** children grow up in single parent families. why ? not because they are bad. unlike asian americans who prosper in the us, negroes have just failed to value education and civility.
negroes are more racist than most.
question that ? why do negroes use the term "high yellow";
prefer light-skinned instead of blue black women, and why do the super wealthy negroes buy a blonde trophy wife ?
educate your people please

Not all white people think that all black people are criminals. That statement is very generalized. There are good and bad people in all races & most of us want the violence & crime to stop.
Unfortunately, it's this attitude and mentality that keeps racism alive and kicking. It's very sad.

There are good and bad people in every race/culture/religion, etc., and anyone who doesn't realize that is ignorant. The people running the meth lab in my neighborhood are predominantly white. Most of the people coming and going to the crackhouse nearby are also white. That's not to say that there aren't some black and hispanics in those places--but they are the minority in those illegal places--here, at least.

Have you ever heard of the expression " The sins of the fathers"?
Well, I believe it must take 4 to 7 generations for people to shed the ignoble veil of prejudice and stereotyping.
I'll tell you a personal story.
I was born in Cuba, and my skin is tan. My hair is long wavy and black and my eyes are brown.
My hair, which I rather like, almost a little too much is wild and I wear it that way.
Sometimes people ask me where I am from and tell me I look as if I came from this place or that!
I find it amusing . . because it can get to the point of ridiculousness.
When I was in art school and engaged to a young Hungarian-German guy with blue eyes and blond hair, a friend of my husband-to be, asked him, quite unabashedly : "is your fiancee from Borneo and, well . . how come she is wearing Western dress.
My boyfriend wittily answered, "Well, no, she is from Cuba, and is a pedigreed Havana Brown . . as to the Western dress, well she decided to abandon her straw skirts, when she had the bone removed from her nose!!!"
Even to this obviously facetious answer which my husband to be gave, the young ignoramus, he had for a friend, said : "Boy, you don't say . . !" AND MEANT IT!
So . . it takes people personal experience and time and actual interest to alleviate their ignorance. If they do not . . well they remain plainly "ARSES!!!!!"

It's sad isn't it? We call ourselves progressive, accepting, even tolerant. And then someone asks a question like this and it makes us all realize, you're right! It all comes down to perception and those who watch their local news. Of course black people aren't always the ones who are criminals. But if you get it built up in your mind, by watching television, by reading the newspaper and such, you will begin to believe that it is so. People who think that only black people are criminals need to turn off their televisions and go live in the world. Not just become lemmings of the media. I'm sorry you feel that way - and I'm sorry there are people out there who think that way.
