Well lets see, I have a son born with a condition called craniosynostosis, he has had three surgeries and almost died during one and after another. He has autism asthma and other neurological dissorders. I am still here so I give myself a big fat eight, I have freaked out a couple of times.

Depends on the difficult situation. AT work I am about an 8 or 9 but lately I've had a lot of family drama at home and my scale there would about a 2. I"m ready to seek a therapist

I think I do well in this area. Between an 8-10 depending on the severity of the issue.
I am much better at coping with things that I have no control over rather than areas of personal growth/responsibility.

At the onset, a 1 because I would probably screaming my heart out. As it begins to sink in and my sensibility is starting to take-over, then 8. I could cope well, not too well but enough so that other things relative to the situation don't go out of hand.
