a book entitled "Pregnancy without Pounds" by Michelle Moss. I found out about it on the net. On the site it seemed to me that the only way to receive the book is by purchasing it on the net and its downloaded to you. Is the book available in paper back, can i buy it in a book store rather than downloading. Does any one know?

"Pregnancy without Pounds"??? Who would want to do that? That's called an unhealthy pregnancy. If it's only an e-book, I would be very suspicious of it. I am currently editing an e-book for someone. It's about car dealerships. The author is not a college graduate nor does he hold a degree in engineering or anything similar, yet he has been given an opportunity to write and sell this e-book.His only connection to car dealerships is that he has worked in a few. The book was poorly written and I had to revise it many times. Please, take it from someone who knows, that this pregnancy e-book will not be worth the money! It can be written by anyone, and anything regarding pregnancy and health should only be written by a health care professional. If you are truly concerned about your weight, please contact your doctor and discuss your options.

Looks kind of scammy to me. It does appear to only be an e-book. You can find out how to avoid overgaining while pregnant and exercising in just about any book on pregnancy--and I've never paid $30 for any pregnancy or exercise book. Just my opinion.

if you are not wanting to gain weight during pregnancy you should probably not get pregnant the most important thing with being prego is that the baby is healthy and for this to happen you have to be healthy which means adding a few pounds you will just have to work on loosing when birth is given tip is to choose to breast feed
