alcohol levels in your blood go down based entirely on how much you consumed to begin with. Going cold turkey on the booze, you will be alcohol free in most situations inside 72 hours.
That however will not get your license back, stay off the roads please until you can prove you can be trusted not to drink and drive.

My boyfriend lost his licence over 4 years ago and that really taught him a lesson.
Alcohol can still be in your system for upto 24 hours after having your last drink.
Simple solution, if you know your going to drive the day after going on the lash, dont go drinking, if you cant resist the lure of the ale, then dont drive the following morning, if you get pulled over and you test positive you lose your licence and rightly so.
So basically just be sensible and know your limits and if you cant lay off the booze stay at home so your not out on the roads destroying some innocent persons life.

Your question makes no sense. I'm gathering that you want to know how long the liquor will stay in your system? It all depends on how much you have had to drink. Years back, I was arrested with a .23 alchol reading (nearly three times the legal limit). The next morning when I was released from jail, I was advised not to drive because I had so much alcohol in my system that I could have been arrested again.

I have to say that your question makes little sense. Perhaps you are drunk already.

Perhaps you are asking how long it takes units of alcohol to clear from the body. If your question is not this try asking a new question when you are sober.

1 unit of alcohol is about 10 gms of pure alcohol.Alcohol is eliminated through all bodily routes of excretion. 5% is excreted in the breath; 5% in the urine. Negligible amounts of alcohol are eliminated in sweat and faeces under normal circumstances.90% is broken down in the body, mostly in the liver, by liver enzymes.

In a healthy person, the rate of clearance of alcohol from the blood by liver is 15 mg alcohol per 100 ml
blood per hour (the equivalent of one unit per hour). However, the range is from 10-40 mg per 100 ml per hour. Convicted drunk drivers average 20 mg/100ml/hour. Genetic and racial differences exist. Liver disease may reduce metabolism.

To put this in real terms if you drink 10 pints of potent beer, Scottish or premium, that is about 25-28 units, thus it will not clear from your system in a day. This means if you drink 10 pints a night it is never cleared from your system.

Please stay off the road, you may injure or kill others, while driving under the influence. Look into AA and join that , they should actually keep you off the road until you prove that you can go without Alcohol for a long time. I know of some young people who cannot drive for that reason, and it is difficult to find work when you are unable to drive. You can do it , stay away from Alcohol consumption, and your life will be back on to normal.

Hmmm.......Seems to me you shouldn't be drinking AT ALL since it's obvious you have a problem. I also assume you aren't supposed to be drinking because of your sentence. Probation is probably checking you regularly. So knock off the drinking, don't drive no matter what ( you do NOT want to get another DUI or even a driving on revoked/suspended license charge) and if you can't stop drinking, get your butt to AA meetings.

If you have already lost your licence, then...
1) you can't drive anyway
2) You should have learnt your lesson first time around...

You should not even consider driving if you are unfit due to drink..
Its not worth your licence, or even life in jail when you kill someone...

Don't do it!!!!!
